The Academy’s objective is to develop a next generation of employees who will substantially contribute to Amicorp’s mission. Our strategy is to attract the “right” people,” give them the “right” training and place them in the “right” position within Amicorp.
The “right” people are bright, young, social, pro-active, flexible, solution-oriented and computer-literate professionals, capable of seeing the “Big Picture.” They should also share and personify Amicorp’s corporate values, which include responsibility, respect, loyalty, and integrity.
Although an academic degree or higher education is necessary to qualify for the Academy, the focus is on character and professional attitude rather than credentials or experience.
The “right” training is the Academy’s development program, designed to acquaint participants with every facet of Amicorp’s business and to monitor the strengths and weaknesses of participants during their academic year. Upon successful completion of the 3-year program, the “right” position within Amicorp will be determined for each participant based on his or her strengths.
