The first screening for the selection of possible participants in the Academy will take place, based on hard selection criteria, after which prospective candidates will receive an answer as to whether or not he or she will move to the next phase of the selection process. All candidates, which make it to the the second phase of the selection process will take part in a Personality Profile Analysis before being considered for the final phase of the selection process. The final phase of the selection consists of phone and personal interviews with various members of the Amicorp Academy Recruiting Team.

Upon approval by the Amicorp Academy Recruiting Team,  the contracting process will start.

Once selected, Academy candidates will receive a 3-year contract with Amicorp Group, covering the duration of the Academy program.

The first academic year takes place in Curaçao at the Amicorp Academy. First year participants will be offered an attractive compensation package that will include among other things, accommodation and medical insurance coverage. During the first academic year, participants will live with an Academy roommate in an apartment complex in a secure neighborhood. In addition to the national holidays of Curaçao, each participant will receive 20 vacation days.

Once the Academy participant has successfully completed the Academic period at the Academy in Curaçao, contract conditions for the following two years, the professional years, will be negotiated on an individual basis with each participant at the end of the academic year. Contract conditions for these following two years include remuneration and general social compensation based on the country/office where the participant is to be placed. After successful completion of the three-year Academy program, each participant will be offered a full-time position in one of Amicorp’s worldwide offices.
